Meet our Walking Group
Ravin' Ramblers is a walking group which was initiated at St Oswald's and now encapsulates people from varied backgrounds who socialise with parishioners from St Oswald's.
The walks are open to all, and we encourage everyone to bring their friends along. Ranging from quite easy to more strenuous, most walks will accommodate all level of walkers, and we certainly aim to include anyone with an interest in walking, and the outdoors, to join us.
If you don’t fancy a walk at all, you can always join us for lunch!

Proceed down Glenferrie Road heading north, through the railway gates. Take the 2nd carpark entry on the right and park, opposite Kooyong Tennis Courts near pedestrian lights. You will notice seating and a Bar B.Q. nearby. Arrive between 12.15 and 12.30 pm
After lunch the walk wanders through Sir Zelman Cohen Park, across Toorak Road, turning left over the freeway at Tooronga Road then rejoining the walking path, proceeding back under Toorak Road, following the paths back to Glenferrie Road passing Hockey Fields and a Mystery Velodrome.
Toilets are available at 2 spots.
What to bring : Hats, water, umbrella (maybe)
Estimated distance 3.5km . A shorter route is available for those who may require to do so.
After the walk we have organised a coffee break at a café near the Kooyong Railway Gates.
