Arts4Older people

St Oswald's Church is going to arrange a crafting corner for the seniors to enjoy craft.

We sincerely invite all seniors who are interest in doing craft come to join us in warm and peaceful place, St Oswald’s Anglican Church. The program will be a good chance for you to share and learn from others people to make beautiful herbal sachet bags for you and your loved one and how to use it properly because different scents would have different uses.

There will be two sessions at the Church premises.

4th June Tuesday: Origami at 12 pm,

18th June Tuesday: Making herbal sachets, at 12 pm.

This is a free event inclusive of light meal, music and storytelling. Also this is an opportunity for seniors to have conversation, make new relationships and share the wisdom and interest.

Arts Program for Local Schools

Glenn had a wonderful week running an Arts and Aboriginal Culture program last November.

Over 100 students from St Michael's Primary School took part. They spent time in the Reconciliation Garden and they produced this work of art!
